When I Am Doing A Lot Of Pushups, High Reps,
When I am doing a lot of pushups, high reps, I feel a electric zapping in my left elbow
It happens in the lowest part of the pushup, 70 degrees or more, and doesn't cause pain but has been worrying me for some time now
I do close grip pushups- and it happens less often. But If I do Wide grip pushups it happens almost every time (by rep 5) whereas I can usually do 50 close grip without the sensation
