When I Am Sitting Quietly With No Other Noises Present,

When I am sitting quietly with no other noises present, and From a sitting position with my neck straight I bend my neck forward, I can here a faint swishing sound. The sound lasts for only 2 seconds or so. It seems that a fluid is moving inside my spine or perhaps the fluid sack between my discs is leaking.

The sensation is not accompanied by pain but it is disconcerting. Should I be worried and what can I do about it
