When I Breathe In My Right Testicle Rises But The

When I breathe in my right testicle rises but the left one does not rise as much. The right one is also much higher than the left one. There are no bulges or other issues, but I do feel pain in my hip sometimes that may or may not be related. Is this anything to be concerned about? The pain goes away completely but always eventually returns, especially after a lot of driving.
