When I Came Home I My Blood Pressure Was 150/100,

When I came home I my blood pressure was 150/100, checked it 10 mins later at it was 112/60, checked it 5 mins later and it was 140/70, then it went back down to 106/59 I am on high blood pressure medicine 5mg amoldapine, and sometimes I have chest pain and weird heart pulsations , is this a bad a sign that can cause danger to my health , I'm only 21 years old too
