When I Came Home From Work Today Out Of Nowhere

When I came home from work today out of nowhere I see a white dot the size of the tip of a straight pin on my left palm where your ring finger meets the palm and out of nowhere it starts hurting really bad. upon touching it it almost feels like a hard piece of rice under my skin.
