When I Contract My Abdominal Muscles.. I Hear/feel Like Air

When I contract my abdominal muscles.. I hear/feel like air coming out from my right ear. I have no headaches and no pains. Had no ear ache and no bleeding - no symptoms whatsoever. Just air coming out. .. what could that be? One cannot feel air pressure coming out of my ear... thanks
