When I Cough Occasionally I Can Feel My Liver Pulling.

When I cough occasionally I can feel my liver pulling. Only when I'm cough. It also has a slight stinging pain to it. I don't drink so it can't have anything to do with alcohol. Its on my lower right side. I often spit a lot but never any blood. I do smoke marijuana and it can be from the tobacco wrap, but it can't be that serious to the point where I feel like that.
