When I Did A Liver Gall Bladder Cleanse,using 1/4 Cup

When I did a liver gall bladder cleanse,using 1/4 cup epson salt and 1 qt strong coffee. I excreted 2 full size ticks floating at the top of the liquid stool? How long do you think these buggars have been in there? I dunno who to see or what to do? whats your opinion?
