When I Eat Ya Drink Water Then My Left Chest

When I eat ya drink water then my left chest lower side muscle is paining. But it not reguler paining . Some times pain some times not pain. Actually I showed my doctor they tell me is muscle stretching pain. I check my urine and blood samples as per instructions of doctor but report are ok . Please tell me why paining.
