When I Exhale Or Move Position At Times I Am

When I exhale or move position at times I am experiencing a pain in my chest near the sterum and off to the right a bit and into the back of my upper right arm it feels. I woke up after turning to my side and something felt uncomfortable and that is when I noticed this problem. Should I be alarmed and what could cause this--heart issue? Lung? I am a healthy 47 year old with no known issues.
