When I First Got B-hcg Report Done In My Pregnancy,

When I first got B-hcg report done in my pregnancy, the result was 301.87 but in the ultrasound no product of conception was detected and then when I got my 2nd ultrasound done after 2 weeks the report was a case of early pregnancy of about 5+weeks,my doctor had started giving me microgest 200mg just after seeing my blood report but when she sees my ultrasound reports she stopped my medicine..now I gone under a third ultrasound after 2 weeks from the 2nd ultrasound the reports are compatible missed abortion..am I not pregnant any more does the medicine had any sideeffects
