When I Get Hot, Nervous Or Upset About Something, I

When I get hot, nervous or upset about something, I get red blotches that are hot and itchy like a hive on my neck and face. I have taken several different allergy pills to try to block the histamines that are causing this. They do not help. It is getting worse. I read recently that a beta blocker is sometimes prescribed for this. Can you give me any more information on this condition and treatment. Thank you.
