When I Get Up From Lying Down Or Sitting, I
When I get up from lying down or sitting, I have a large bubble pop out on my stomach that runs from my belly button to my Sternum. Everybody tells me its a hernia and I need to get it fixed. What do you think. It is about 8" long , 3" wide and 3" tall.
