When I Get Up In The Morning The Top Of

When I get up in the morning the top of my feet hurt to walk and then after a few minutes it will go away after I walk on them. Also, I have been experiencing the same pain on the top of my hands but this comes and goes during the day. If I elevate my feet during the day I get the same pain again on the top of my feet. I also have been experiencing headaches along with frequent urination and lower back pain on my right side.
