When I Go To Poop Or Pee My Balls Have

When I go to poop or pee my balls have a pain in them. It's right above my balls actually. The harder I try to pee or poop the worse and worse the pain gets until it's so sharp I can't push any harder, which by the way is not very hard at all. Any pressure at all immediately starts to hurt. Any idea what could be the cause?
