When I Had My First Colonoscopy It Went OK But

When I had my first colonoscopy it went OK but then on the last two ones which were 5 years apart and one was today. I was told they did two thirds of it, then had to stop due to a loop in my colon. Will it ever correct itself and what causes it to happen? Plus are there symptoms you get from it? They are doing a virtual one now, how accurate is that? Thank you if you can give me any insight on this.
