When I Have An Empty Stomach, Before Hunger Pangs, I

When I have an empty stomach, before hunger pangs, I get very nauseaus. The nausea is so bad I feel like I am going to vomit and have at times retched. I will sneeze and once I due, the nausea is gone.
I have had an ultrasound on my gall bladder, negative.
Family history of diseased gall bladder, no stones were every noted on an ultrasound. Decreased function was all that showed in any testing.
