When I kissed my boyfriends neck yesterday I noticed he tastes very strongly like metal, similar to the way blood tastes. He was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer, had his thyroid removed a few weeks ago, with the irradiated iodine treatment to begin next week. I just want to be sure there is no cause for concern.
