When I Left Work This Afternoon I Sneezed While I

When I left work this afternoon I sneezed while I was driving. Suddenly I became so dizzy that I had to pull over. I couldn't even hold my head up. It lasted for about 5 minutes then slowly disappeared. What could be the cause of this? The only medication I'm taking is for high blood pressure. I smoke 2 packs a day.
