When I Look At My Vagina It Is Bulging With

When I look at my vagina It is bulging with something red at the opening. I can insert my finger by it and there is a round bulge just inside. If I touch it it causes a very uncomfortable stings after a second or two. I had a hysterectomy at age 52 and I am now 64. I also have COPD. Chronic bronchitis with lots of coughing. I feel like I may have a hernia in my lower stomach when I cough hard and I get cramps in my abdomen muscles very frequently. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 15 years ago and have muscle and tendon problems all over my body.
