When I Made A Smoothie This Morning A Piece Of

When I made a smoothie this morning a piece of plastic (it wasn't hard plastic it was like the kind of plastic that comes in the top of a water bottle when it's sealed connected to a softer plastic like plastic wrap) got blended up in the smoothy drink. Not sure what it was from but came out of my crushed ice dispenser. I didn't notice it till after I had blended my smoothie in my bullet blender and already drank about half of it with a straw. I dumped the rest out and found large and small plastic particles, all day it has felt like a piece is stuck in my throat. I have no idea the amount of small particles I could have swallowed that were all blended in with my smoothie. I'm not sure what to do and if it's dangerous to digest plastic particals.
