When I Move My Adams Apple To The Right Hand

When I move my Adams apple to the right hand side of my throat it's clicking and I can feel like there is something growing at the back of my troath and when I move the Adams apple it's rubbing of it and sometimes when I move my head a certain way for example stretching my neck in the morning it feels like there wat ever is growing is sore and I can click it back into place but otherwise it's not sore can u suggest what this could be as I noticed it about a year ago and it hasn't improved
