When I Move My Head Around A Lot I Get

When I move my head around a lot I get dissy. The best way I can describe it is like, very uncomfortable in the forehead, almost painful, it makes it hard to think a little, and mostly happens when I get up after sitting for a while or when I wake up. I know I'm not experiencing that faint feeling some people get where the world turns white, that doesn't happen. Instead it feels almost like a liquid in my head. I feel it in my eyes a little too. When it happens I tend to want to close my eyes, and shake my head around to snap out of it. This has happened for a while, but it used to not happen often. Now it happens daily and almost all the time. What might this be? And what can I do?
