When I Puff Out My Cheek I Get This Burning

When I puff out my cheek I get this burning sensation near the bottom of my ear and my jawline, it sounds like I have fluid in my jawline but I'm unsure. There is also this pronounced crackle sound that comes from it. This doesn't happen all the time but when it does it's pretty painful.
