When I Pulled My Tampax Out This Morning It Was

When I pulled my tampax out this morning it was very painful to the stage I didn't think I could get it out it was so painful .. It's was fully saturated always have to use a pad as well at nights and usually change at leat once during the night. I had a long shower took some painkillers and tryed Puting another in and again very painful .. It's almost like I'm swollen.
