When I rotate my right leg out where my inner thigh is facing up, then bend my knee a little bit, I have extreme pain when I try to lift my leg up in that position. It's at the top inner thigh about right in the middle or a little lower (towards the hamstring) on the inner thigh and is excruciating pain. Should I go get check or rest or what?
