When I Shower I Get Extremely Dizzy And Faint. Even

When I shower I get extremely dizzy and faint. Even when I have vowel movements I feel faint. I also get palpitations atleast 7 times out of the day. I have a heart murmur. I've had blood work and EKG's done. I can't afford a heart Doctor right now to rule out heart disease or valve problems. I'm 24 years old. I don't have any energy and I'm always tired. My legs feel like jelly most of the time. So I lay in bed atleast most of the day because I don't feel well enough to move around. What's going on with me?
