When I Sit Or Lay I Have No Pain. When

When I sit or lay I have no pain. When I walk I have pain above my belly button all across the front. Had slight fever one evening that is gone. Today is Sunday this started early Friday morning so it's been over two days. Yesterday I also had lower back pain that is gone now. And yesterday I had terrible headaches. But no headache today
