When I Sleep, I Have Increasing Pain In My Lower

When I sleep, I have increasing pain in my lower right abdomen. It seems to be relieved a little when I urinate but still uncomfortable. It seems to be worse as the night progresses and then once I have a bowel movement in the morning it seems to be gone until the next evening after I have been asleep for a few hours. I am a side sleeper and it is very uncomfortable so that I have to keep switching sides to relieve some of the pain.
