When I Squeeze From The Bottom And Work It All

When I squeeze from the bottom and work it all the way to the top of my penis i see a discharge... Sometimes I see it without doing it... This happens when I don't take care of myself and drink a lot of water... Sometimes it comes sometimes it goes away... It doesn't burn when I urine, but there is a funny like feeling when I do... But when I do stay hydrated and drink plenty of water it goes away for awhile... But when I don't stay hydrated it comes back. Why is that?
