When I Turned My Electric Cooker Off I Had What

When I turned my electric cooker off I had what appeared to be an electric shock in my right hand. This seems to have affected the top of my hand and occasionally when I move it I get a shooting pain. Can bend fingers ok but it seems to be just affecting the "girders on the top of my hand". Pain not happening all the time.
