When I Was An Infant, I Had Open Heart Surgery.

When I was an infant, I had open heart surgery. Something to do with my aortic valve. The scar is on my back if that helps. I do not know any further information on my surgery nor do I have access to that information. I am now 24 years old and I would like to get a tattoo but I am unsure if it is safe to do so. I am not on ANY medications except for an emergency albuterol inhaler due to having asthma. However, I know any time I have to go to the dentists office, I have to take antibiotics before my visit. I also was very physically active in high school in sports and I never had any further heart problems since my surgery when I was an infant. Based on this information, do you think it is safe for me to get a tattoo?
