When I Went To Pee I Had A White/pink Gooey

When I went to pee I had a white/pink gooey looking clump fall out of my vagina and I had no pain. It looked as nothing I've seen before it was very clear looking from what I could see. I have an iud so I rarely have my period. Two days later I started bleeding and a lot of clumps and clots of blood started coming out.
