When I Went To Sleep And Closed My Eye ,

When I went to sleep and closed my eye , got feeling something in my eye , So i got to watch mirror , I see something like a small white piece near the bottom of iris , I try to to remove but it's can't ... suck in there .. Any help ?? ... It's can be larvae ?? Or any solution ??? .....I am afraid ... and scary about my eye ...
