When I Went To The Bathroom Today I Noticed I

When I went to the bathroom today I noticed I had some blisters around my anus. It made my bowel movement kind painful. I also have had blisters on my lips that ooze and form a crust. I initially assumed I had impetigo because I have had it exactly like this before and that's what my doctor said. I'm not sure if the blister around the anus is normal though.
