When I Woke Up This Morning I Couldn't Move, My

When I woke up this morning I couldn't move, my husband had to help me roll off my back onto my side, later he got me up to go to the rest room, but had to support me while walking. Also very shaky for hours and still can't walk very good. Also have trouble maintaining my thoughts as in starting to tell something and forgeting what I was talking about.
