When I Woke Up This Morning I Had Pain In

When I woke up this morning I had pain in my upper middle/right abdomen (about 3 inches above belly button). It almost feels like a painful cyst. I can feel a small lump/fatty tissue when I press on that area. It felt better as the day went on, but now in the evening it's a little sore again. Just wondering what could cause it. I mainly only feel the slight pain when I breath in and also if I press on the area lightly.
