When Can I Expect Period After Taking Duphaston?

hello doctor, I am 27 women, and trying for baby since last three month, I have 34 days cycle i missed my period this month, when i have done home pregency test on 40days of cycle it was -ve, my doc suggest me to take duphaston for 5 days but till now i have not got my period, when i will get my period can u suggest me plz
