When Can I Expect Periods After Stopping Contraceptive Pill?

i came off the contraceptive pill in february as we are hoping to get pregnant. i have only had one period (in August) since then. I am not pregnant as i have done tests and i have also brought some ovulation dip sticks and these are showing negative as well. How long should it take for my cycle to return to normal?
