When Can I Try For Pregnancy After A Miscarriage?

Hi, may I was diagnosed as having miscarried on the 24th May, I had no idea I was pregnant. I had missed my period in April, however tests came back negative.
Yesterday I noticed very bright red menstrual blood and this is not normal of me, I am usually regular and have only ever noticed darker blood from my menses. I have never spotted between cycles or before/after. I am not in any kind of pain. I didn't even notice I was coming on, usually I get some discomfort, that I wouldn't refer to as pain. What could be the cause of this? And when could I get pregnant again?I answer your health queries right now ?
