When Can Nursing Mothers Expect To Get Period While On Daphne Pill?

Hi.. My wife just gave birth 3 months ago and she's taking Daphne pills since shes breastfeeding our baby, and were constantly having sexual intercourse and until now she doesnt have her menstruation yet.. is it normal or shes pregnant? thanks everyone!
