When Can One Have Sex Post A Circumcision Surgery?

I am a 59 year old man. I got a circumcision surgery done on me last month. I want to know when can normal sexual activity including masturbation start. Although the operated area is not over-sensitive, I am a little worried since it is not compeletely healed.
