When Do Periods Start?

when will i get my first period? My bestfreinds have gotten theirs already and in my breasts have been growing longer than theirs. as well as my hips. i even have had the stickt discharge going on for almost three years now. i feel left out, they didnt tell me because of that reason. I just would like a month.
