When do you go to the dr for an unknown spider bite? Husband got bit by something on the elbow its swallen and red and very painful. The redness is spreading. He did try to drain it the first day and its been 3 days so far. Been giving him benadryl for itch and acetaminophen for pain, but not helping a whole lot.
