When Does Abortion Take Place After Taking Mifigest And Cytolog?

I am 40. I took Mifigest at 11 am on Sunday. But it did not bleed till 7 pm on same day. I have been advised to take Cytolog after an interval of 48 hours --- two tablets every four hour twice and one tablet in the fifth hour.

When will it start aborting?
