When Does Bleeding Start After Taking Prestakind?

hi,
I was pregnant. I took prestakind & some other tablet(while coloured round tablet) prescribed by a doctor within 40 days of conceiving, I took the tablet 36 days before. Still my menstrual cycle didn't start. Is this normal? I am worried. pls help
