When Does Menstruation Cycle Start After Taking Meprate?

hello i m radha age 29 having irregular periods my last Lmp was 19 march. urine test is negative, blood test negative, scan shows negative. doc advised to take meprate 10 mg daily 2 tab for 3 days. after last tab with in how many days i may get period?
