When During The Day Should Cyclobenzaprine Be Taken?

i have back and calf pain,pain medicens don t help .have had shots in the spine.i only want to take cyclobenzaprine once a day for 2 days a week. I walk a lot at work 3 rounds about 25 minutes a round 1 round half hr rest then another round halr rest another round. I want to take this before I start my rounds.how much time before I start my roundas should I take this 10mg. I do not want this anytime but the 2 days I work.
