When I Move From A Stationary Position To A Moving

When i move from a stationary position to a moving position, I lose the ability to control my legs, arms and my mouth and they pretty much go into a very temporary state of paralysis lasting at max 10 seconds. Whilst this is occurring I have slurred speech and am unable to think straight and concise. This can occur when I am standing stationary or when I am seated or lying down stationary. Before the 'event' occurs, I feel numerous spasms before the event occurs in full
