When I Press About 2-3 Inches Above My Belly Button

When i press about 2-3 inches above my belly button i can feel some pain. It is localized there only. No pain other than when i touch in that spot. No fatigue, couldn't be from exercise as i only have done some walking in the last few days. Has lasted since Sunday night.
